The roots
I find myself at the office with only two guys quite often these days. One is Syros and the other Peyman. The same two which helped us start our ambitious project more than 3 years ago. We've come a long way from that time and experienced many many things and a lot of change has occurred, however their determination, attitude, passion and professionalism is exactly today like it was three years ago, they have never let down anything related to this work even once. This project would have never been close to its current status without them. It sure feels wonderful to be working next to these guys...

Rattamahatta ...
having good friends and workmates is the key of success. good luck
Well the significant point here is that having good friends around as workmates can have a lot of positive values and at the same time can have a lot of negative sides whenever friendship blocks the usual work ethic, all in all I think the 50 percent plus and 50 percent minus can at best even out each other ... however when there are people with correct attitude, passion and professionalism around, friend or foe, it feels nice!
in all situations like this, that quotation of benjamin franklin about republics applies.
it only remains with virtues. good people always generate good results and people with bad habits generate bad results. but when good friends work together, they generate much more than normal workmates because of their understanding of each other.
Cool
hi
it is your bliss that have good friends
I have a question.
in making games,is it better to read .obj files of model and render them or using a shareware like milkshape to export it to .X in directx and then render it?
good luck
Regarding rendering your 3D models, it really depends but if you are using DirectX, then the .x format is really easy to use.
Collada is a rather standard method these days so you can also look into exporters for collada and then try to parse that in your game.
In our case we use the .mesh format which is the OGRE way for defining meshes.
thanks a lot
